Swedish: utilizes elongated movements along the muscles for relaxation and increased blood flow. Choose from 30, 60, 90 or 120 mins.
Deep Tissue: uses more pressure to reach deeper tissues and muscles. Choose from 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Trigger Point: isolation of a specific muscle area that is causing pain in another area of the body. Choose from 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Myofascial: constant pressure is applied to myofascial connective tissue to increase range of motion and relieve pain. Choose from 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Prenatal: growing a tiny human is hard work on the body. We use gentle techniques to ease muscle tension.
Hot Stone: heated basal stones are used to increase absorption of essential oils and prepare the muscles for a deep massage.
Couples: a great way to celebrate an anniversary, birthday. You can even make it a spa day with your bestie!
Halotherapy
Halotherapy or Salt Therapy is a form of alternative medicine. The most effective salt therapy is active salt therapy in which a generator is used to infuse microparticles of medical grade salt into the air which mimics the microclimate of a salt mine. In the 1800’s in Poland, it was noted that salt miners were healthier and didn’t get sick as often as others in their communities!
Salt has antimicrobial and immune boosting properties when it is inhaled as well as decreases inflammation and helps improve respiratory symptoms associated with allergies, bronchitis and asthma. It also has been shown to help with certain inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
